Depthline support

Common questions about manual logging, read-only Apple Health import, included features, and local data.

hello@jeromymobley.com

Where is my weight data stored?

Depthline stores manual readings, preferences, target settings, and app state locally on your device. It does not send weight readings to a Depthline server.

Do I need an account?

No. Depthline does not require an account, login, profile, or social feature.

Does Depthline write to Apple Health?

No. Depthline can read approved body-weight data when you allow it, but does not write body-weight readings to Apple Health.

Can I use Depthline without Apple Health?

Yes. Manual logging is included and remains available when Health access is declined or unavailable.

Why does Depthline say the data is sparse?

A useful trend needs enough readings over time. Depthline keeps early states cautious instead of presenting a few readings as a settled signal.

What is included with Depthline?

The paid app includes manual logging, full approved Health history, the Trend cockpit, Logbook, full Voyage, CSV export, and every vessel style. There are no in-app purchases or feature gates.

Is Depthline medical advice?

No. Depthline is a personal trend utility, not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment, diet plan, or coaching product.

Privacy and contact

Depthline is intentionally narrow: personal weight trend, optional read-only Health import, manual logging, and honest sparse-data states. For a question not covered here, use the contact page or email support.
