Depthline stores manual readings, unit preferences, target settings, selected vessel style, and local app state on your device.
Last updated July 14, 2026. Depthline is a local-first weight-trend utility with optional, read-only Apple Health access.
Depthline has no account or server for your readings, does not run ads or tracking, and never writes to Apple Health. Health import is optional and manual logging remains available without it.
Depthline stores manual readings, unit preferences, target settings, selected vessel style, and local app state on your device.
Depthline can read body-weight readings from Apple Health only after you grant permission. Health access is optional and read-only. Depthline does not write body-weight readings to Apple Health.
If you decline or cannot use Apple Health, manual logging remains available. App-entered readings stay in Depthline and are not saved to Apple Health.
Depthline does not require an account and does not send your weight readings, targets, or trend history to a developer-operated server.
Depthline is a paid App Store download. It has no in-app purchase, subscription, free trial, feature paywall, or restore-purchase flow. Apple handles the initial App Store purchase.
Depthline can export readings as CSV. Export is initiated by you through the iOS share sheet, where you choose what happens to the file.
Depthline does not use ads, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or social sharing.
Depthline is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, diet coaching, or calorie guidance.
